Our unique puffs are made using a crispy pie crust with the inner shell being a spongy French choux pastry. Hand-made signature vanilla custard is created from the best ingredients such as premium “Black Diamond” vanilla beans. We inject the filling into the freshly baked shells to order so that the puffs are always fresh and second to none.
