Not Every Franchise Decision Should End in a Yes | FranchiseFuel

Many people assume the goal of exploring a franchise is to reach a “yes.”

In reality, the goal is clarity.

Some of the strongest decisions I’ve seen were decisions to pause or walk away. Not because the opportunity was bad, but because the timing, lifestyle, or expectations weren’t aligned.

A good franchise decision isn’t about momentum.

It’s about whether you can live with the decision years later.
